Because that's totally my biggest pet peeve.
I actually have a lot of pet peeves, but that's most definitely high up there on the list.
But you just have to sit back and be bugged. Like, hi. You are supposed to be doing bad British things on 'Skins', not having an American accent, finding out you have been kidnapped by your neighbor, on 'Finding Carter'.
For one, that's not the business and for two, how is your American accent so good? My British one is totally not up to par. I need to go start practicing.
I actually have low-key always wanted to talk in a British accent for a whole day at work and see how differently I am treated or how different people act towards me.
It's actually ind of strange to think that something as simple as an accent can make people act completely different towards you.
I'm adding it to my invisible Bucketlist that I haven't gotten around to making yet.
So speaking of tv, I've been watching an embarrassingly lot of it lately, and I feel like I have a pretty good list of what's good.
The Fosters: If you enjoy messy hair parted down the middle and a cute family with even cuter lesbian moms, this is your show. (It's actually really good. watch it.)
Pretty Little Liars: Almost 5 years and I'm still going strong every Tuesday night, so I highly recommend, obviously.
Finding Carter: Even though Carter should be British and she bugs a lot, this is actually a really good show.
Chasing Life: UGH. I'M IN LOVE. BRING SOME TISSUES AND WATCH AND LOVE.
Here Comes Honey Boo Boo: I know you all know that I love this show more than I'll probably love my first born child. I enjoy finding out that people sit in their room and eat corn on the daily, and there is a funny dance Alana does that I am trying to find. Just be patient.
New Girl: I live vicariously through Zooey Deschanel and her bangs and I'm most likely going to live her life in a few years. (Cross your fingers.)
Orange is the New Black: Probably don't watch this with your mom, but I seriously love this show and I binge watched it a lot.
Breaking Bad: I'm just barely getting into this show, but there is a lot of hype so I'm pretty excited.
Sooo you're welcome for overtaking your life. I hope you have Tivo and/or Netflix.
But probably don't watch 'Skins' and then watch 'Warm Bodies' right after because the main character in both those shows already bugs me a lot and he should have been hit by a bus, not a zombie that falls in love and becomes... not a zombie anymore.
What even is life?
taliajune;
ps. After re-reading this, I really need to set the remote down and get a life.
